Esgaz Natural Gas Distribution Inc.

Establishment:

The natural gas infrastructure works in Eskişehir started in 1994 and continued until 011.11.1997 as Botaş Eskişehir Project Directorate. Since then, the natural gas works have continued under the name of Eskişehir Operation Directorate and the Operation Directorate has turned into a Joint Stock Company under the name ESGAZ on 06.06.2002.

Privatization Process :

ESGAZ was included in the scope of privatization with the decision of Privatization High Council on 16.09.2002 and obtained Natural Gas Distribution License for 30 years on 18.09.2003 and ESGAZ was privatized on 10.03.2004 and joined to Kolin Construction Tourism Industry and Trade Inc.
